Birthday Wishlist: Heyday Super Shift Blinger

I’m not the same sneakerhead  I used to be in my youth but I’m obsessed with Heyday Footwear.

These are my current faves on the site. They are certainly not your everyday shoe. They are also not for the shy. (A word rarely used to describe me.) There are totally a statement shoe that I could see me rocking during my birthday week or at the tents during New York Fashion Week.

I would would style these simply with a black or gray skinny jean on bottom and a tee and some sort of jacket on top.

Sneaker Sunday: Jimmy Choo Croc Print Calfskin & Pony Sneakers

This week’s sneaker is brought to you by Jimmy Choo. Not to long ago the label decided launch their mens line after the succes of their H&M collaboration. (Which I missed.) By the looks of these bad boys it was a great decision on their side.

The shoe itself screams exotic by mixing animal prints and textures. Since these are mid tops they can go with a variety of trousers. The key to styling these is to go super simple and with a touch of animal print. You don’t want to look like you stepped of of 1998 New Jersey. (Or maybe you do. I take that it since it was a pretty rad time for style.)
