Let’s Discuss: Men’s Crop Tops

A couple days ago the interwebs blew up with rants and critiques after a picture of Kanye West “surfaced” wearing a crop top. In fact, the picture is old and wasn’t wearing a crop top at all. (Shout out to Complex for spotting it.)

The thing is, so what if he was? Is there something to judge about a guy who bare a little midriff. Before you yell at you screen “YES!” just think about how long ago it was when you’d judge a dude for wearing tights and now people like A$AP Rocky are topping style lists for rocking them.

That all being said; with the temperature rising are you for or against the bottom of guys shirts rising as well?

Getting NSFW With Kanye & Anja

To celebrate the launch of her brand new magazine “25″, model Anja Rubik has teamed up with Kanye West & director Barnaby Roper to create a short film dedicated to the theme of the first issue – “eroticism.”

Obviously you shouldn’t watch this at work unless you’re like me and watch things like this for a living…And of course for the art.

Sneaker Sunday: Air Yeezy II

So everyone and their mother (if their mother is a sneakerhead) is pretty much losing their minds over Kanye West‘s latest collab with Nike. If you’re not a rapper (or a GQ editor) you’ll have to wait for the June 9th release.

Personally I’m all about the sneakers, but the promise of longs lines and the ridiculous upsell for the originally priced $250 shoes is kind of a turn off. Regardless check out how I would style them:

So I’m trying this new thing out like Music Monday’s with a less cornier name. This week I picked A$AP Rocky‘s Goldie. Among all the horrible guys coming through the hip hop game Rocky is like a beacon of hope. It also doesn’t hurt that he drops luxury names the way I drop it like it’s hot on a Wednesday night.

Check out the vid above which in my personal opinion is what “Ni**gas in Paris” should’ve looked like.

What’s that jacket, Margiela? No BUT these sneakers are. In honor of Jay Z & Beyonce‘s new baby, Blue Ivy (aka the second coming), I decided to pick these kicks for Sneaker Sunday.

From the S/S ’12 pre collection these all black suede kicks are pretty amazing and fit for a Carter. That being said, I hope  it isn’t too late for the couple to adopt me because I totally need these shoes.
